Troop 30

Troop 30 is a medium-sized boy Troop of 60-80 Scouts, which typically meets at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church on Monday nights at 7:00pm.  Troop 30 can deliver a perfect mix of extensive programming and personal attention.  This engagement helps our Scouts advance at their own pace, but with a great deal of support where it is needed - especially through the Eagle Scout process.  We are proud of our boy-led methodology, which gives the Scouts a chance to learn valuable leadership skills and personal responsibility, all while having fun and making lifelong friends.  We’ve developed a strong system that has kept the Troop cohesive and advancing during COVID, and now have a combination of virtual and small-group in-person meetings and campouts planned, that should keep us having fun and Scouting through the pandemic and beyond.
